"The “Made for Recycling" workshop was a boost for our team into the world of the circular economy. The workshop was the cradle of our innovative product lines murFlex® and murPack® with which we are pioneers in terms of recyclability. And as a result of the "Made for Recycling" certification, we can now offer our customers the highly recyclable murFlex® and murPack® films."

What you can expect in our packaging workshops

  • Overview of packaging law
At our packaging seminar, you will gain insights into the changing expectations of consumers and the new legal requirements in Germany and Europe. We will inform you about the latest technical developments and legal framework conditions, including the Packaging Act, the EU Packaging Ordinance PPWR, the minimum standard of the Central Agency Packaging Register and Eco-Fee Modulation.
  • Insight into packaging recycling
From disposal to sorting and recycling, we accompany you through the entire after-life of your packaging and provide you with a basic understanding of the recycling of paper and plastic packaging as well as the corresponding technical requirements. In one of Interzero's modern LVP sorting systems, we will show you live how light packaging is sorted in practice.

"We were looking for a workshop to improve our team's general standard of knowledge. The “Made for Recycling” team accommodated our needs, especially some of our more technical questions, and organised a comprehensive workshop for our team. With the new regulatory landscape and incoming changes that need to be considered in our product development, we were very satisfied with the content that Katharina and Jonathan prepared for our team."

Suitable workshop formats for your business goals

The Made for Recycling workshops are aimed at companies of all sizes and from all sectors who want to improve their understanding of sustainable packaging design. Our offer is aimed in particular at the following target groups:

  • Companies that need packaging solutions to comply with legal requirements
  • Manufacturers and retailers who want to make their packaging more sustainable and reduce their ecological footprint
  • Companies whose employees need to be trained and sensitised in the area of sustainability and recycling

The most suitable type of workshop depends on the individual needs and goals of the company: In-house workshops are ideal for companies that would like to hold the packaging seminar on their own premises and have extensive training needs in the area of packaging design and recycling. Online seminars are suitable for companies that want to train their employees flexibly and value location-independent learning. In the case of face-to-face seminars, it is of course also possible to connect individual employees online.
